Minor repairs on stairs and floors
Minor patching of walls and ceilings
Install window shades and curtain rods
Minor repair and moving of furniture
Caulk windows and install weather stripping around doors
Install handrails and safety bars in bathrooms
Build and install wheelchair and disability ramps
Minor disability renovation (interior)
Change and repair storms and screens
Clean gutters and roof drains (1st floor only)
Remove fire and safety hazards from attics and cellars
Minor exterior house repairs
Minor masonry repair
