Public Hearing on the CDA designation of Calverton Aviation and Technology LLC, a joint venture to be formed by Luminati Aerospace, LLC and Triple Five Real Estate I, LLC, as a Qualified and Eligible Sponsor for the Purchase and Development of approximately 1,643 +/- acres located within the premises known as the Enterprise Park at Calverton (EPCAL), consistent with the goals and objectives of the Planned Development (PD) Zoning District Adopted on August 16, 2016, the Town of Riverhead Comprehensive Master Plan, as Amended on August 2, 2016, and the Town of Riverhead Calverton Enterprise Park Urban Renewal Plan, as Amended on August 2, 2016.

Submissions made to this link and prior to the public hearing whether Calverton Aviation and Technology LLC should be designated the "qualified and eligible sponsor" for the redevelopment of approximately 1,643.8 of property within EPCAL are not binding upon the CDA nor will they be part of the official record in connection with that Qualified and Eligible Hearing. In order to be considered part of the record, oral and written comments must be presented to the Town of Riverhead Community Development Agency during the public hearing scheduled for February 27, 2018 or during any continuation thereof of that Qualified and Eligible Hearing. In addition, written comments delivered to the Town Clerk after the public hearing is opened and prior to any date closing the comment period will also be made part of the records and may be properly considered in connection with that Qualified and Eligible Hearing.
