Beginning January 2024, in an effort to afford the public broader access to information, written correspondence sent to the Town Clerk's office (whether via USPS or email) will be included in the Town Board Meeting Agenda Package.
All correspondence received in the Town Clerk's Office before 10 am the Friday prior to the scheduled Town Board meeting will be listed on the agenda for the upcoming Town Board meeting. Any correspondence received after that hour will be added to the next scheduled Town Board Meeting.
All correspondence will be circulated to the Town Board. Only submissions that include the sender's township will be published to the agenda.
